Reverse Fluffer Return to St Ives

A 52km ride along the Reverse Fluffer Route (missing out Manly, Curl Curl and Dee Why).  Please check the calendar to confirm which dates it is running and register your intention to ride. This route will help to build your km's and overall speed with a relatively quick 17km section along the Pittwater bus lanes. The ride finale is the McCarrs Creek Climb. The pace is OAFATSR, with regular re-groups, and when combined with a Fluffer in the morning this gives an opportunity for a 100km+ commuting day. Excellent training for some of the longer rides in the ride calendar such as 3 Peaks and Melbourne around the Bay.

The route navigates its way through Mosman and down Parriwi, across Spit Bridge, up Battle Boulevard, along Pittwater Road until Mona Vale, through Church Point, Up McCarrs Creek Road and then down Mona Vale Road to St Ives. ETA at St Ives is 1930hrs.
