This is slightly longer than the Allambie return and takes in the Powderworks climb in place of Allambie. The route heads north through Cremorne and Mosman, down Parrawi then over the Spit Bridge. It stays on Pittwater Road for 13 km before turning left for the climb up to Mona Vale Road.
