If you're up for a pacey smashfest tomorrow, this ride is not for you.

On the other hand, if you fancy a more social 'Sunday' ride to get the k's in and can't decide where to go, why not join us for a jaunt through the city to Watson's Bay, down the beaches to La Perouse and a 'push' back along Anzac Parade to Centennial Park, the city and somewhere around Crows Nest for a second breakfast at lunchtime. Pace is OAFATSR. 

Meet at the dentist at KPR at 7.30 am to head down the highway. Pickup points along the way for those further south.
