A wine bar? At Mt White? Can this be true? This Sunday we are going to find out, as we have a breakfast booking at Saddles, a relatively new boutique cafe/restaurant with a four and a half star rating on Trip Advisor and claims of cyclist-friendliness. We will test that out as we descend on their fancy resturant dripping with sweaty lycra. Brekky delights include corn fritters with spanner crab, lamingtons with daintree chocolate and poached eggs with goat cheese sunflower and beetroot. Perhaps a cheeky shiraz to wash it all down.
