Cancelled due to forecast weather.  We'll be swimming not riding ...

A golden opportunity awaits to ride the River Rd from Wisemans Ferry. 

We will depart Hornsby Pool promptly at 0630, heading up Galston Gorge and onto Wisemans Ferry via Old Northern Rd.

After Breakfast (First) we'll trundle along River Rd, enjoying views of the river, sandstone vistas and the travails of the road itself.  We'll join Sackville Ferry Rd, crossing the river and onto Tractor 828.

Replete with Breakfast (Second), Windsor awaits, passing through the delightfully named villages of Ebenezer and Wilberforce.

I suspect Windsor will present options for early Elevenses, from which we'll trundle to the nearest Metro (Rouse Hill), and onto our boring suburban lives.

At least we'll have an adventure on Saturday morning.

Come on, come all.  The pace will be reasonable, the company pleasant and the tucker endless.  No need for carbo gels on this ride.

Oh, and if it rains, we'll make a call on the morning.  The BOM's batting average is miserable, so it is as likely to be warm and sunny as it is pouring with rain.
